JANUARY & FEBRUARY
SOUTH SUMATRA
For competent surfers, this is the ultimate gateway into the Renegade experience. Home to Indonesia’s best beach break, as well as a host of quality reefs and points. January & February are typically ‘off-season’ for Indo, but this is prime time for Mandiri Beach. Think uncrowded, sand-bottomed A-frames, with few other surfers around. This is one of the best places on Earth to progress your surfing.
Fly to Bandar Lampung in South Sumatra. We will take care of the rest.
Aside from Mandiri beach, 15 minutes South is one of Indonesia’s longest lefts, and a short drive North gets us to user-friendly, hollow rights. This is only scratching the surface…

THE RESORT
The Mandiri Beach Club is our base for these trips and we cannot wait to return! Beautifully appointed bungalows, mini-vans on standby, incredible food, skate ramp and an infinity pool overlooking the surf. It really doesn’t get much better.

FEBRUARY – APRIL
SOUTHERN ATOLLS ON ASSIDHA
The Maldives Southern Atolls is one of the most incredible surf trips on Earth.
A short domestic flight is required, but what you’re greeted with is nothing short of paradise. You will need to arrive in Malé at least one day before your trip.
Your return domestic flight with board carriage is included. (7’2 length limit)
Remote, consistent and one of the most pristine marine environments you can imagine. The South is best during the transitional months of February – April. Light winds, maximum swell exposure, and high spot density make for the ultimate surfing playground.
Level 2-3 – Feb/March for smaller swells and glassy conditions.
Level 3-4+ – March/April for the best chance of scoring solid waves.
THE BOAT
Assidha is a charming and comfortable boat, perfect for hunting waves.
Air-conditioned cabins, mouth-watering food and a fantastic crew means that all you have to focus on is surfing!
There are 4 private cabins and 2 shared cabins available – 8 surfers total.

APRIL – SEPTEMBER
MALÉ & CENTRAL ATOLLS ON THEIA
April – October is peak swell season in the Indian Ocean, and the best time to surf the Malé & Central Atolls. This vast area is home to a huge variety of waves and is open to all swell angles for maximum consistency.
These trips will start and finish at Malé Airport. No domestic flight is required.
The Malé Atolls boast incredible wave quality and spot density, whilst the Central Atolls offer a huge playground of consistent and often uncrowded spots. There are options on all swell and wind directions, and anywhere within cruising distance of Malé is fair game. No fixed route – we will go wherever we need, in order to score the best waves possible. Predominantly right-hand waves, with occasional
world-class lefts.
Trips alternate between Level 2-3 and Level 3-4+ throughout the season.
THE BOAT
Theia is a beauty. 4 decks, spacious air-conditioned cabins, 2 support vessels and some of the best food we have ever eaten on a surf charter.
She can comfortably accommodate 20 guests, but we are limiting these trips to 10 surfers and 2 non-surfers across 8 cabins, for the highest possible standards of comfort and coaching.
